Thank you for showing an interest in Mazehill Nursery and Pre-School. Here at Mazehill, we provide babies and children with a relaxed and happy atmosphere in which education, care and play are combined to give an excellent pre-school service.

Mazehill is an 83 place private day Nursery registered with the Office of Standards in Education (OFSTED) to provide full day care for babies and children from three months to five years of age. In September 2001, OFSTED Early Years Directorate became responsible for the registration, regulation and inspection of providers of day care for under eights. From our inspection we received very worthwhile praise in all six areas of the Early Learning Goals for children's education, this enables us to offer a number of free nursery places for 3-5 year olds, please enquire for details. We have written policies for the Nursery covering Aims and Objectives, Child Admission, Staff Structure, Planning and Activities, Working with Parents, Equal Opportunities and Inclusion, Behaviour, Child Protection, Health and Safety, Special Educational Needs, and Complaints. These are displayed by the 'Parents Notice Board' in reception.

If you have not already paid us a visit, we would like to invite both you and your child to come and experience for yourselves the service we provide. In view of our reputation, we normally have waiting lists for most age ranges and would recommend that you arrange registration as much in advance as possible.
